Tech support doesn’t have to be confusing, and neither should the pricing.
Whether you need a one-off fix, a systems tidy-up or ongoing behind-the-scenes support, I offer flexible options that suit how you like to work. You can mix and match, start small, and scale up as you grow.

Ad-hoc Support
Perfect for one-off tasks, tidy-ups, troubleshooting, mini projects or just to get us started.
No hidden costs, no confusing extras, and lots of solid, friendly support when you need it.
I can’t always guarantee I’ll have ad-hoc availability, but if I’ve got space, I’ll do my best to help.
Rate: £40/hour
Minimum booking: 2 hours
Book as needed. This option works well for tasks like:
• Inbox clean-ups and chaos control
• Fixing broken links or untangling automations
• Updating website content
• Setting up forms or tools
• Templating or document tidying
• General admin tasks that have turned into gremlins

Retainers
Ongoing support with a sprinkle of priority access.
If your to-do list feels never-ending or you want regular tech help in your corner, a retainer gives you guaranteed hours each month
and peace of mind that the techy stuff is handled.
Pick your monthly hours:
8 hours/month – £320
12 hours/month – £480
16 hours/month – £640
24 hours/month – £960
Included in every retainer:
• Regular updates
• Shared task tracker (optional)
• Email support between sessions
• Monthly planning support (if helpful)
• Flexibility to use your hours across different types of support
A few things to know:
• Hours don’t roll over, but I’ll keep you in the loop about what’s been used
• Extra time can be added at the same hourly rate
• Retainers are billed in advance, monthly, with no long-term commitment
• I don’t offer discounts for bigger bundles, because the value and care I bring stays consistently high and often deepens over time.
My pricing is designed to stay fair and sustainable for both of us.

Not every project is my kind of magic. If I’m not the best fit, I’ll be honest about it and can usually point you towards someone fab who is.
How I Work
The need-to-knows, with no jargon.
My rates include the time I spend on client tasks and any communication time, whether that’s via email, phone,
or face-to-face meetings. Onboarding is included too.
If I need to buy anything on your behalf (like postage or stationery), I’ll pass the cost on directly, with no markup.
Support outside our usual hours or urgent turnaround requests may be possible, but these will be charged at a premium rate.
All clients are asked to agree to the Terms of Business before we get started. Invoices are due within 7 days and payment is made electronically.
