  • “What if I’m embarrassed by the state of my systems?”

    No judgement, ever. We’ve all been there. Most of my clients start with some kind of chaos, and you’re here to change that, which is the important part. I’m here to help, not criticise. Let me help you untangle the mess.

  • “Do I need to be ‘techy’ to work with you?”

    Nope. I work with a lot of people who describe themselves as tech-shy, tech-deficinet or tech-avoidant. My job is to meet you where you are - no jargon, no shame - and make the tech feel calmer and clearer.

  • “I have no idea what kind of support I need. Where should I start?”

    That’s totally normal. You can book a free 20 minute discovery chat to see how we could work together. We’ll talk it through, and I’ll help you figure out the best first step, whether it’s a one-off session, ongoing support, or a focused Power Hour.

  • “I’m neurodivergent. Can you accommodate my needs?”

    Yes, and thank you for asking. I work with a range of clients who need flexible communication styles, clear processes, extra time or low-pressure scheduling. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive and genuinely collaborative.

    I, myself, am neurodivergent and from my experience as a trainer and educator, I have experience using a range of strategies and tools to support neurodivergent clients.

  • “How do we get started?”

    You can start with a free 20-minute discovery call to chat through what you need and how I can help. If you already know what kind of support you’re after, feel free to go ahead and book a Power Hour or send an enquiry about a specific service.

  • “Can I book you for just one task?”

    Absolutely. You can book me for a single session or project if that’s all you need. No long-term commitment required.

  • “Can you just do it for me?”

    Yes! I offer done-for-you services where I take care of the setup, sorting, or systems so you don’t have to. If you’d rather learn how to do it yourself, my Power Hours are a great fit, and you can always switch between the two.

  • “What’s the difference between a Power Hour and your other services?”

    Power Hours are one-off, focused sessions where we tackle something with you. My other services are done-for-you: I do the work behind the scenes and deliver it ready to go. You can mix and match depending on what you need.

  • “Can we mix 'done-for-you' and 'done-with-you' support?”

    Absolutely. Many clients start with a Power Hour to explore what’s possible, then move into done-for-you support, or the other way around. I’ll help you figure out what mix makes the most sense for your goals, energy, and budget.

  • “Do you offer retainers or ongoing support?”

    Yes! I can’t promise I will have time to fit clients in for ad-hoc hours so if you need consistent help each month, I offer retainers. Retainers mean my time is guaranteed for you. [See Pricing & Retainers page for details.]

  • “Which platforms and systems do you work with?”

    I regularly work with and have experience with a wide range of platforms, probably too many to list here. If you’re unsure whether I support your tool, just ask. I’m quick at picking up new tools but if I can’t help, I’ll do my best to point you to someone who can.

  • “What kind of results can I expect?”

    That depends on what we’re working on but in general, you can expect more clarity, less chaos, and systems that actually support the way you work. I’ll always check in on what success looks like for you before we begin.
